- STEP 1: Contact us and describe to us the items you are interested in. Once you have the prices and finalize your order you can email the order, Fax the order or just phone your order in. YOU MUST GIVE US COMPANY NAME, TAX I.D. #, AND DON'T FORGET TO SEND US YOUR PHONE, FAX AND EMAIL INFORMATION.

- STEP 2: Our Elegant Designs staff will process your order and contact you to arrange payment and shipping details. below are a few ways you can pay.
Factor your order: Our staff will be glad to collect the needed information to get you factored quickly
Credit Card Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
C.O.D. : You may wish to pay the Truck Driver upon Delivery a certified check would be given to driver.
- STEP 3: Our Staff will provide you with a shipping quote. Your company will be responsible to pay the trucking company upon delivery of your order.

DELIVERY TIME:
If your items are in stock we can ship it out within 3 working days. If you need next day shipping please feel free to work with our staff. The shipping rates would be higher but we will be glad to handle your next day shipping request.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All Furniture shipped via AAACooper Transportation are fully insured for the retail value by AAACooper Transportation for Standard Delivery against damage in transit. In the rare event you receive a damaged item, please E-Mail or click here for a claim form.
